Most of the toothpaste contains Sodium Laureth Sulfate(SLS). SLS is the reason why toothpaste makes foam, they actually temporarily affect our tastebuds, which can make it difficult to taste the flavor in foods. The SLS also makes the bitter flavor stronger, so certain foods can taste bad right after brushing.
